All the above & more in rotation on the latest edition of "Spine Blowing Decisions." In case the scans don't make it clearly evident this show's an all soul 45s affair - crossover, northern, classics, modern, and a few ballads at the end, of course.
Particular highlights include: the Majjestee's (which I actually bought for the lovely mid-tempo flip featuring Angelo Bond on vocals, which I'll save for another occasion; been chasing that one ever since Fino Vino put us up on it a ways back); also, the Barrino Brothers on TCB (great lyrics on that; too bad I had to buy it twice since College Station P.O. on 140th lost what would have been my first copy last year - aaaarrrgggh); and the Circulations str8 outta Charm City (a DJ Nitekrawler classic - non-water damaged label too, thank goodness).
